I have always been fascinated with nature; in particular the spaces and living beings that reside within them. My functional and illustrative work is largely inspired by these space and beings navigating them but my sculptural work is largely fueled by my own healing journey and how setback has allowed compassion, strength and community to be explored.
Using clay as my medium I create both functional and non-functional pieces as I explore my own interaction with the world and the places I visit. The physicality of working with clay excites me to push the boundaries of form and design. I create pieces that bring both joy and provoke thought within my own life and I hope within others.
